im so frustrated. dh messed around with itunes last night. he synced (?) my phone and now i cannot access internet, itunes, email, etc.

i have tried to re-sync it several times and i've gotten nowhere. i have done the trouble shooting tips, searched, and practically cried out of frustration. i have not had this trouble before.

anyone? i can't call tech support, and work on my phone at the same time, as it's the only phone i have.

You can go on to Apple's site and download the latest version of the iPhone software and the iTunes software. If you've just synced - everything should be saved on your computer so you can do a hard reset of the phone (wipe it) and then reinstall the software once it is connected to your computer. I think..... If you take this approach, I'd recommend that you choose to "download" and then "install" separately. I've had issues twice when I selected "download and install" all at once.

I suppose you have already done a soft reset under the settings menu and that hasn't worked. Sometimes, my connections disappear and a soft reset always fixes that easily.

Tech support give you any ideas?
