Yesterday it was the first cool, must-wear-a-light-sweater morning. Fall is already in the air around here.

yay rain! i saw on the weather channel the other night (my obsession. lol!) that texas areas are loosing a foot of water in the reservoirs every day!

It's been pouring all night and all day. Jenn, I have a yard problem opposite of yours. Everything is growing so freaking fast, DH ends ups trimming weekly. I might as well live in a rain forest.

YESSSSS!!!!!!! It rained last night!!!!!! We got a nice big thunderstorm and my rain gauge read 3/4 of an inch this morning!!!!!

I was deliriously happy last night. And, I am looking at the clouds outside right now and hoping for an encore!

And, while I am deliriously happy that we got less than an inch of rain down here ----
I am very homesick for the crisp New England falls. I miss sweaters. I miss wearing boots, hats, corduroy pants... I am an emotional rollercoaster today.

I just got a few new clothing catalogs- full of sweaters, long pants, scarves.

They went right in the recycling bin.
