    According to my calendar, today is Canadian T-Giving!
    Happy holidays and warm wishes to our Canadian members and their families!

    I was just thinking that! doing all of this genealogy stuff has connected me w/ some distant Canadian relations. (my grandmother was born in Edmonton)

        I just read this post and the following conversation transpired between my roommate and I:

        "Cassidy, did you know it was Canadian Thanksgiving?"

        "Why yes, I did actually"

        "I believe it" (I do--the girl knows everything)

        "I just don't understand why--what do Canadian's have to be thankful for?"

        Obviously, it didn't come out like she thought it would
        Married to a newly minted Pediatric Rad, momma to a sweet girl and a bunch of (mostly) cute boy monsters.

          I love my country

          Thank you for the Happy Thanksgivings
          I drove 14 hours yesterday home a little road trip my three year old and I took. I was VERY thankful to be home!
