  • Happy Halloween

Hope everyone has a happy halloween!!!
Just the dogs and I handing out candy, DH is on L&D.
Some very cute kids so far, on little girl asked "instead of candy ,can I have your dog." Then she begged her mom for a dog, and the mom got a pic of her and my little doggie together. SOO CUTE

I'm home feeling very grown up. No trick-or-treaters so far. Most of our neighbors are retirees and I hear that there are not many kids in the neighborhood. How depressing. However, a vampire bagged my groceries today and he was quite amused when I told him that my husband was going to take the coffin (coffee table) out of my car when he got home from the mental hospital.

I'm turning into my mom. She used to flirt with bagboys until she realized that they were my high school classmates.

Its just me and the cat. No trick or treaters here in the apt. complex. I saw many fun costumes on the metro today and my waitress at lunch, well honestly I'm not sure what she was.

That is so cute they took a picture with your Pooch!

Brandi- That's really cute about your dog, almost makes me want one. Almost.

Had tons of kids at our house. I ran out of candy by 8pm. They started knocking at 6:30ish. Next year I need to get more than two bags! Gezz! The kids were super cute tho!

I hope some of our members with little kids post some pics.

Our Trick or Treaters started about 6, the pumpkin wasn't done until about 6:30 and we closed our door about 7:20 because we only had 8 pieces of candy left. DH took A around to 4 neighbors and she had a great time.

Though neither her costume or the pumpkin helped KU today.

Home with baby and ds who has the H1N1. He is so very sad to miss trick or treating. He was sobbing which made his three older siblings start crying, which made me start crying...it was quite the scene. Thankfully kids don't come to our home to trick or treat so he does not have to be continually reminded. Dh is trick or treating for him so at least he gets a bag full of candy.

No trick-or-treaters here - *sigh* I didn't really expect any in the apt complex as it is gated and all, but I still bought candy in the hopes that some would show. Oh well, maybe next time. Brandi, your dogs are so cute -- what are they dressed up as?

Me and Nick in our costumes. I threw mine together at the last minute because he was sad he was the only one dressing up. We had a great evening
