oh no... and you called it and didn't hear the ringer, right... how frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!

If it were my iPhone, I'd think one of the kids was playing doodlejump.

haha - DH has that game. I hate it. Basically, you try to get this stupid little drawing guy to move up the screen hopping on random clouds or platforms or whatever by tilting the phone the appropriate way. There's more to it, but I simply don't have the patience for it... particularly since I play most iphone games on the bus and subway where I can't hold things level.

I'm pretty sure Kris has Doodlejump on her phone.....she has all those kids. How could she escape?

Can you use the "Find my Phone" feature? It uses the GPS. I think you can access it on the AT&T account page.

Now that is cool - I need that, for my phone and my keys!

Have you checked your car? Your coat pockets? I hope you find it soon!

              I think I have dementia!

I was sure Amanda had it...positive....I just knew it. Ummm, yes, I do owe her an apology too.

I went to pick up Zoe and Aidan and .... my phone rang from the back of the van. Then it hit me! My lighter outlet in the front of the van hasn't worked in over a year so I can't plug my charger in there. I ran out of juice a couple of days ago when I was out and about and so I plugged my phone into the back outlet near the kid's car seats and then slid it up behind the seats so they wouldn't step on it. :/

Amazingly, my phone has not rung while I was sitting in the van or else I didn't hear it over the cacophony of kids voices.

I am .... so happy to have my lifeline back....and...am going to go check out this doodlejump ASAP.

The GPS locator only works if you set it up BEFORE you lose your iPhone. I thought I lost mine over Christmas and it SUCKED!! I was actually hours away from buying a brand new one when my friend found it at her house.

I was thinking about my iphone the other day... It is amazing. I don't know how I went years without even using a cell phone or texting or anything. It's like going from dial up to hi speed internet. Some things you just can not go back to...

Crazy, isn't it? My iPhone is like a part of me now! LOL I remember when Thomas came home all excited that he got us an unlimited texting plan and how I told him it was a waste of money because we aren't teen-agers! (Apparently, we ARE!) My other confession is that my iphone case has become my wallet and purse. I have all of my credit cards/driver's license and cash tucked away in it. eeek...I know...not good. That added another layer of freak out to my lost phone! It just simplifies things for me to have it all in one spot. I know I need to rethink that!

Actually, I'm loving that idea, Kris. Do they make a case with wallet like slots? I've got the rubberized incase. I love it but I don't think I could fit more than a starbucks card and a license inside with the phone.

you don't need anything else besides the starbucks card and the license, anyway... Maybe another credit card, but really, Starbucks has you covered...

I have a Starbucks card on my keychain-- that's pretty dang handy. Unless you're in a drive through. That's when you need the backup non-keychain card.

This happened to us about a month ago.
DH: "Baby, have you seen my phone?"
Me: "Um, no... DH, did you lose the phone?"
DH: "Hey, I didn't lose it. It's just not anywhere I've looked or would usually place it."
                              *eye roll*

...He found it about 5 days later in his cardoor pocket, and rejoiced, telling me that even a used one online is approx. $300. Needless to say, we love our iPhones.
