  • Wedding Shower

Okay I know there was a thread on this but I couldn't find it... and the match day thread was telling me that it was private? So I figured I'd post it here - my apologies if this is in the wrong place.

Anyways my mom is hosting a shower this weekend and she asked me to come up with some shower games. I am having a total memory lapse and cannot remember what we have done in the past. We basically want a way to give away prizes without doing any embarrassing or overly cheesy games.

    Any ideas?

We played pin the kisses on the groom at my SIL's shower. It was a hoot. Especially after they pasted my brother's face on a centerfold's body.

My friend did a game where they had a pictures of couples (Brad and Angela, Mickey and Minnie, Tom and Kate, Donald and Daisy) and whoever got the most couples right won.

Another game was the bride comes out dressed up in an apron and a tray with a lot of things on the tray. After she leaves you have to write down from memory what she was wearing/holding

A third game was a trivia card about the couple. Where they met, where their first date was, Where their first kiss was... and so on. Whoever gets most of the questions right wins....

A fourth game, you preinterview the groom. (where did you meet, what color are her eyes, whats her favorite ice cream, whats your favorite ice cream) Then you ask the bride to answer the same questions. Optional: every time she gets an answer incorrect/doesn't match his answer she has to chew a piece of gum.
