The Cheap-O Challenge

Total and utter complete FAIL today. Why? because I bought myself one of these:

http://www.electrabike.com/home.php and it's a Townie 3i. It has a rack in the front for groceries and stuff. It's a light blue/aqua color and I LOVE it. Dude and I took his bike over to the shop and we rode home. I only work about 4 miles from my house and I decided that since it's so hard for me to get to the gym now that I'm single parenting, this was a win-win situation. and I bought myself a new bike lock and new bike helmet from www.nutcasehelmets.com. I really wanted the helmet that looked like a watermelon but they didn't have my size. I got plain white instead.

Yay- off to the Farmer's Market this weekend!

Something about this thread reminds me of the "Master of Your Domain" Seinfeld episode. I'd bethe Kramer of the Cheap-O Challenge -- out before I even agreed to the bet. Heck, I wake up every morning thinking "I wonder whether today's Groupon is anything good."

I just saw that groupon is now participating in ebates. Today there is a 6% rebate from ebates for them.
