  • E-Mealz anybody?

So, after a year or so of an on and off ediet-er, I think I've found something that is even better and I just had to share! It is a website that you subscribe to, and it gives you a dinner meal plan along with a shopping list for that week. They have low carb, weight watchers, low fat, and just regular dinners for families or 2. AND they choose the meals based on what is on sale that week at a particular store! You can choose from walmart, aldi, kroger and maybe another one that I'm forgetting.
Anyway, I just needed to share because I was so excited. I love someone telling me exactly what to cook every night. Otherwise, without fail, the "what do you want for dinner? Whatever you want to make" discussion ensues and dinner is hours later than it should be.
I'll post the link just in case anyone wants to investigate this as well!

Looks neat, I'll have to check it out.... especially at $5/month, that's actually quite reasonable.

I also like: eat at home

    Thanks for sharing!

A friend of mine just started on E-mealz. I'd love to try it, but with my girls having ballet 5 nights a week starting August 9th, I don't know that we'd be able to keep up.

I may try a week by week kind of thing with eat at home. That looks really cool too! And free so I won't feel bad if I can't do it every night.

I started using savingdinner.com about six or 8 weeks ago - I like it because I can shop just for two and they have a few different options for menu plans.
