Well, we're all packed and ready to head for the hills. (or mountains.) I'm not taking my laptop and I'm assuming that we'll have spotty at best cell phone service.

The camp sounds really fun- there are lots of 6 year olds so I think the dude will have a good time. For the grown-ups there's a vodka tasting, cultural activities and lots of Russian food.

For the kids, there are activities that focus on the culture (the theme is "Folklore and Fairytales") and also on adoption and specifically international adoption. They have some really interesting art classes that are grade/age appropriate all about being adopted and what it means.

I volunteered to cook so I'm on duty on Saturday. We leave on Sunday and we'll be home Sunday evening.

Don't let anything exciting happen without me!

    Jenn

Truly Jenn - have a fantastic time. I didn't realize the camp was for parents, too! I bet you signed up the moment you read "Vodka Tasting".

Fun, fun, fun! I love the vodka tasting. We went to the Russian Tea Room in Chicago and they had vodka samplers instead of tea.
