OK, for those of you who have been with me for a while, perhaps you might remember that I bought a new car last March. A Saturn L100 as a matter of fact. A perfectly acceptable, nice looking mode of transportation.
So, last month, I ordered a MINI Cooper S. In Liquid Yellow. Why? I have no idea, it's the first timein my life that I had to have a car. I normally don't give a Rat's Ass but for some reason, I had to have this car.
I picked him up yesterday (I've named him Nigel, a proper English name, don't you think?) and am now in the process of trying to get rid of the Saturn. Worse Case scenario is that I sell it to Carmax for a loss. Best, I have it listed on Ebay right now. (and if anyone here in TX is interested in a new car with 15600 miles on it- and it seats 5 comfortably, let me know! You can take over the payments- no cash needed!)
I guess I'm justifying this as a celebration of my new job!
