      Yea! I am thrilled that this is one less concern.
      Wow! DH said it's a shame you were put through worrying about her heart.
      He said more than likely there were 3 leaflets all along. He said the mis-read of there just being 2, is sadly more common than you'd like to think.
      He said he has often been asked to look at echos that were mis-diagnosed/read & has found the correct findings!
      BTW, you can ask that the initial US be sent to a cardiologist that is board certified in EchoCardiography, to confirm that they were there all along.
      If it is evident and there were adequate angles/ views and they missed it, they should know so they can reduce (hopefully eliminate) putting anyone else through the worry you felt!
