    You guys are always so good at voting.

    My sister's friend needs your help. Her brother was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis when he was 6 months old, he is now 24 and needs a lung transplant. They have entered him in a contest by US Bank that will give the winner $10K for their cause. He needs the money to live in St. Louis before and after his surgery.
