Urp. Not that I'm stuffed so full that I can't close my pants or anything.

Green bean casserole with extra French fried onions mixed with stuffing and topped with gravy.

It's a good thing I ate it all so I can get back on track tomorrow.

My favorite is mashed potatoes. I didn't have a traditional TG day this year, so I didn't get them. But I will for Christmas!

OMG, smoked turkey breast sounds fabulous.

My fave this year is a new recipe. DH and I have been on a serious health kick so we went out and bought a cookbook that has bad-for-you food remade into yummy, healthier dishes. For Thanksgiving we incorporated the mashed potatoes remake. It's actully roasted cauliflower puree with chives and Greek yogurt. First time we made it, the kids had no idea it wasn't mashed potatoes until we told them.

Mashed potatoes! When our friends came over for our pre-T'giving dinner on Sunday, my friend's DH told her she made too much mashed potatoes. She told him "it's not too much for my Irish best friend".

And pumpkin (my aunt's) or apple (my grandmom's) pie. I really missed not having either one of those this year.

"Now Eat This" by Rocco Dispirito.

I'm not typically a celebrity chef cookbook person, bu some if the stuff is really great. Some of it is not, though. The black bean brownies are gross, but I'm going to try the tiramisu next. The onion rings are fabulous.

My favorite is by far my yams, which we may have to modify after R had a reaction to them.
