    So I got the rasberry choc. for cooking club and chocolate for personal consumption. That stuff is strong! It tastes like chocolate and vodka mixed.

      I loved the Raspberry stuff! It is really strong , but sooo yummy for a little dessert sipping.

      I really want to bake with it! I wonder if it would be great in a chocolate ganache filling. Or a little drizzled on some cheesecake. yummmm
