    What is all the rage about? Dh asked some for a stocking stuffer?

    I've never purchased it directly, but have had it directly from fresh (not the little brown things) coconuts. It's okay, but doesn't thrill me.

      When I practiced Bikram yoga it was all the rage at my studio because it's supposed to help correct electrolyte imbalances. Like gatorade but less sugary grossness. I found it did help my headaches, but I never really thought it was all that delicious.
