Need friends?

So a few months ago I read a post on someone suggestion meetup group to find friends, since there were not any meetup groups in my area I decided to start my own. It has only been up for 1 month today, and I have over 60 members! I just thought I would mention it since I know it can be difficult to have to move and make new friends. My group is only for women, I didn't realize how many women are looking for a good friendship till I started this group and so many women joined so quickly. I have already made some really great friends through this group.
So thank you to whoever made the suggestion about meetup!
