That completely sucks Tara! I hope they get your gas back on before they originally estimated. Is school called off?

The schools & universities here called off all classes until Monday because they're trying to conserve gas during NM's "energy crisis".

Some schools were closed but not ours. The HS and elementary were fine but I had to pick up ds at middle school because there was no heat (classrooms in the 40's) and only two bathrooms for the whole school.

We still are without heat. Luckily we have been able to stay with my mom but someone has to be at the house from 7am-11pm for Southwest gas to restore service. This has not been a problem until tomorrow when dh leaves for a week. I can't just wait for the gas guy to show up as I have to get kiddos places etc. Plus it is now super cold in the house, okay for me but not so much for a baby who has a cold. Bummer!
