did anyone see "for love or money"?

I think it's b/c my husband is gone and I just turn on the TV, but I have been watching this funny show. I kind of was surprised that Erin (I think that's her name) took the money! I thought the pressure and the romantisicm, etc. would get to her...

The bachelor on that show was something, though. All those allegations of sexual assault and what not that got him dishonorably discharged from the military! Where do they find these people?

Will anyone else admit to having wasted time like I have as of late??? Am I the ONLY one???

I haven't seen this show but have seen it advertised. Interesting idea!

We have been glued to the set when "The Amazing Race" is on. I just love that show! I think it is a surrogate for actually travelling and seeing the world. *sigh*

I am in the same boat as you - I just turned it on when my hubby was gone and the kids were finally settled down and saw the first episode. The next week, Jerry had a little break and I was telling him about all of these crazy reality shows, and I mentioned this one - we both turned it on and watched it... The next week, he walked in the door, and without more then a little "Hi, Honey, I'm Home," he flipped on the TV and we watched it again (this, coming from a man who hasn't watched more then one episode of anything for more than 3 years!).
Needless to say, we watched it to the bitter end , and had many fun discussions about love, money, personality, gender differences, etc. It was actually a fun little release for both of us . I, like you, was surprised that she picked the money, and then doubly surprised that she would come back in hopes of doubling her winnings. What they won't think of next!!
