DH (major dweeb that he is) just looked into this service. It looks good!

I've seen their ads, but never looked into it; DH recently set us up with crashplan (www.crashplan.com) - he's got some friends and relatives backing up THEIR data to one of OUR external hard drives; apparently that part's free; he's paying some to back up some of our important stuff to their servers. Don't know if he looked into carbonite before setting up crashplan or not.

It makes me nervous to put any of my info into 3rd party hands. We just have an ex-drive that we use to back up everything. It's small enough that we could grab it and go if we had to.
