      Ortho fellowships don't start until August 1st because you have to sit for written boards before you can start your fellowship. Oral boards are taken after a certain case load, about 18 months after practicing.

            Congrats everyone!

            Corn Poffi, we had a similar experience matching in our #3 spot. We knew our #1 was a really long shot, so we weren't expecting to match there. Our #2 was better for my job, but I think we both kind of wanted our #3, and we are so happy here!
