I have to get on an airplane tomorrow. I think I'm suddenly afraid of flying. I can't even bring myself to get up and pack because I just want to stay home.
I think the fear is actually being stuck in a small space with lots of people 27,000 feet in the air. I am freaking out.

Hugs. I go in less than two weeks and while I am excited, I too don't want to get on the plane either. We also have two stops... Three flights to get there. I hope it goes quickly and smoothly for you.

ugh we are taking 2. I hope it goes well for you too! Flying just doesn't seem natural. We'll have our 2 year old with us, hopefully I will stay calm to keep her calm.

I am starting to really hate flying too. Just don't watch the news!

I still love it- even after getting tossed off the plane w/ the kid and the cat.

You just have to know what to expect- like the first ding you hear after take-off is the one that means they're at 10k feet and the flight attendents can start making coffee.

I'm so sorry. DD1 hates flying with a passion so I get it, even though I loooooove flying.
