Urology Residencies?

Hi everyone,
My husband is finishing his 3rd year of med school and is considering a residency in Urology. He doesn't know where to start to figure out which programs are good. I know that I'll think it's a good program if its close to home (Cincinnati). Do any of you have any good information about the urology residency programs out there, especially in the midwest?

I cannot speak specifically to urology residencies but I can tell you that the best residency is the one where you match and it's likely not one you would have ever chosen on your own. You can plan, hope, and dream all you want but in the end the match will decide what is "best for you". Look at the places close to your home (if that's important), see what they offer. Your dh needs to consider if he wants to do a fellowship because that will dictate to some extent the programs he should focus on. Does he want research? Is he planning an academic career? Private practice? Consider all these things, talk to someone at his current program and go from there.
