Start my morning off with a cup of coffee filled with sugar and watch an episode of some trashy real housewives.

Off to the gym for a zumba class and then a dip in the pool with a follow-up in the sauna.

Next, drive to get a pedicure with magazine and iPod in hand.

Window shop and try on clothes I can't afford and possibly buy one thing.

Off to the movies after that...I like the thought of butter.

Somewhere have a relaxing lunch with wine.

Walk through the city for a couple of hours and come home to dinner waiting for me....ahhhh I wish

Now days most of my girlfriends have kids so I'm usually the one with the most free time to myself. It's difficult to get one of my girlfriends alone for a visit. I'd call my girlfriends and see who is available to spend the day with and visit. Then we'd probably go to a mall to see our favorite stores and the new styles for the season. We may go to a movie and have lunch or dinner together. I love getting to spend time with them alone. It feels like the friendship was before the kids and marriages.

            Yeah, what'd you do?

I'd send everyone away and have the house to myself!

I would love to stay home for a weekend and just watch anything and everything Netflix has to offer. LOL

I'm curious what you did, too, Kate.

I would shop for bras and jeans/pants, and try to go to a grown-up museum.

I went to the gym and did a zumba class and a body sculpting class. It was my first time doing zumba - it was so much fun but I felt so uncoordinated! I'm going to try to go back more often. I don't remember who on here suggested that we join the Y - but I'd like to kiss who ever did! I love that they have free childcare so I can get some "me" time and work out!

Afterwards, I went to see the movie 'Something Borrowed' and had an icee and a popcorn with extra butter all to myself.

Then I chilled at a local coffee shop until it was time to head home and take Natalie to skating lessons. I got to sit there and read a book for an hour while she skated.

It was a great day and I so needed it!!

                    Julie -
Bra shopping would have been a great idea! I think that Sarah is finally ready to wean (at 13 months) and all I have are nursing bras. Hmm..... maybe I'll sneak out next week and fit that in.
