Happy Father's Day to our dads on the site!

My brother and I got our dad a new pair of Birks. (it's a genetic thing) I got my husband this: http://www.uncommongoods.com/product...-messenger-bag for his bike commutes to work- he might as well use the oppressive sun to his advantage.

Quite a bag! I had the living room painted for him and used the color DH wanted ( not my first choice!) and had his MD diploma framed.

      Happy Father's Day!

We're letting the dude sleep (he worked last night) and the kids are making him a personalized garden stepping stone.

Thanks for reminding me! Aside from giving him a second son, we gave DrK a new "purse" as Adele would call it that he can use as a work or diaper bag as the occasion calls for it. We also had a new belt made for his favorite belt buckle.

BTW, DrK has been very emotional about his 2 sons. Being an only child himself, seeing the brothers together makes him weepy.

              Thumbs up!

We're visiting the in-laws. FIL got a coffee machine that makes lattes, etc all by itself. You just push a button. So cool!

                Happy Father's Day everyone!

DH got a new wallet which he picked out last weekend. The IL's sent him clothes which we took to Macy's and returned for store credit, I'm hopeful our Portland Macy's will be better then ours because they never have his size in pants.

I got dh a wireless meat thermometer for when he's outside grilling. And some meat rubs.

My dad got a Dyson handheld from us.

                    Happy Father's Day!

Ahh, what a great idea! Framing the diploma...I will keep that in mind for Christmas (highly doubt he will get around to it by then since neither of us has even framed our undergrad diplomas as of yet)!
