Hey, I'm needing some help. I'm looking for bridal websites that help brides find local services. I'm not planning a wedding, but helping a friend out. It's been so long since I was a bride... where did you hang out online for all things bridal? TIA!

Do you want local services or just online services? I just helped my sister with her June wedding. So much can be done online these days and save the brides LOTS of money. Have you looked at Mixbook? You can make photo cards on this site for engagement announcements or save the date information. Good luck!

this is a pretty old thread - so I apologize if I shouldn't be replying (please let me know)
But by far my favorite online wedding resource has been stylemepretty.com
They have some links to local vendors (many are redic expensive), but the pics are amazing.
I've had to do almost all of my wedding planning stuff online. I think weddingwire and local bridal magazine sites and/or blogs were the most useful. Generally I looked at blog posts for real weddings (either on planner or photog websites) and then researched/contacted the vendors listed in the posts. I have no idea how it will all turn out, but it seemed like the easiest way to go about planning for me.
