          Um, I did not know they were popular. Bought one at Stellas while in Portland. Granted it is not nearly as big - more like only 3 feet tall. Every time DH and I would walk by the store and see it we would laugh...so, we thought it needed to come home with us. The shipping alone cost me almost as the thing cost.

          Still, it makes us and our guests smile...especially since there is nothing remotely chicken-like in our kitchen...or home. Wish I knew how to post its picture here. We thought it was a he and DH named it Eggbird after a chicken his grandmother had when he was small. A few weeks ago, DH told me that Eggbird's dad was at the Chicken Express in town...I need to tell him it is actually a she.
          Finally - we are finished with training! Hello real world!!

                    I just drive by a gardening center in Houston...THE Beyonce was out there. Too bad I missed a picture
