    Good for you!!! Have you considered getting your real estate license over the next year and selling your house youself? Maybe you don't even need to do that to get a license. I know in Pa you do not have to have a lawyer to buy or sell a house, so if the buyer has one you might be OK. Just a thought.

      Good for YOU!!!! I think 'just' breaking even at the end of the day when you guys move is still a great thing. It beats all of the credit card interest, etc!!!!

        Congratulations! I know how it feels. We are down to one credit card and it feels great knowing that somebody else doesn't get all of what DH works so hard for. Now if I can only get rid of his ex!!
