Anyone have a good one for tracking overall fitness, different kinds of fitness? Walking, plus workouts, etc?

I started doing TurboFire but like every home exercise DVD I lose motivation after a few days, so today I'm going to walk with R in the stroller and take the dog. So I'd like something that will track my distance as well as just keep everything in one place.

    Suggestions ?!?!?

    Thanks!
Wife to NSG out of training, mom to 2, 10 & 8, and a beagle with wings.

For tracking the distance you walk, try map my run.

Does this work if you run on a treadmill?

Nope, it uses gps to track where you are. You can use the same app to track walking/running/biking though which is nice.

I love run keeper. It tells you your time distance and maps it out. It keeps it all logged and you can see history on phone or log in online. It's free!

Nike plus is good on a treadmill. It's on your phone and you use the sensor to track steps. I also like it on the street. Mapmyrun, edmondo, and runkeeper, are all worth looking into. Depends on what you like.

Have you heard about fitbit? http://www.fitbit.com/

I use mine to track my activity level and exercise throughout the day. You can also track your food, weight loss, and sleep. I don't use the sleep feature much, but DH does.
