is it sad that I am actually surprised that my generation didn't think of doing that and that its new? Creative... Is it also sad that I am thinking those would be fun bachelorette party favors?

Great. I'll never look at a gummy bear the same again.

Yup...I'll admit to trying it. They pack quite a punch and are honestly pretty gross

Ha! This was almost my exact thought - it seems so simple!

But, as someone that LOVES sugary candy, I am happy that I missed the craze. I remember water bottles being banned at my high school (or heavily regulated - it's been awhile, my memory is a little fuzzy) - I would have been so upset if they had banned jelly bellys too!

We did this in college. I love me some gummy candy, but they're pretty nasty. The texture gets all weird.
I'm just trying to make it out alive!

Okay...this beats drunk gummy bears. Thanks Stephen Colbert:

                      http://www.hulu.com/watch/300221/the...-vodka-tampons

I actually didn't watch the entire video Jenn posted originally, and when I saw the Colbert video I was horrified I had just admitted to doing this in this thread!. Reread my post above! Whew...that was close!

DH and I were just talking about this last night. Besides the vodka tampons (?!), apparently "butt chugging" is now a thing, too. Yup, beer enemas. Good luck making THAT a college drinking game.

Ah, the weird shit that pops up in a college town's ER...

I'm not saying none of this is happening, but these examples reminded me of a recent Cracked article: http://www.cracked.com/blog/a-letter...n-crazes-news/.

We used Bonne Bell kissing slicks and filled them w/ kaluha.

                              Woah.

I love kahlua, jenn. But isn't it kinda pricey for teenagers? Where do they get the booze? Parents? I'd totally notice is dd was skimming my booze-- but I barely drink so it's easier to keep track of I guess...
