I'm headed to my friend's house for dinner. The kids have been crazy today. I'm hoping they calm down soon! I made PWs broccoli cheese cracker casserole and a chocolate pudding pie. We FaceTimed with my family down south today which was really nice. I miss the chaos of big family holidays. But this year I'm thankful for my little crew.

Am I the only one who just pur the turkey in the oven????? I got home a while ago and the turkey has been in about 30 minutes. It is only about 10 pounds so shouldn't be too late. I sometimes feel like we are the only ones who celebrate holidays late at night.

We put ours in at 5:30 this morning because we eat dinner about 1-2 pm and we have to have the oven free the rest of the morning!

My great aunt did the bird this year. Amazing cook!
We have to book it back home tomorrow to do funsies with the other side of the family.
(My apologies, DCJenn! We will be returning for a real trip soon!).
