            I scanned all the characters successfully, but it didn't give me the reward prompt, although it did on DH's phone. Anyone else having this issue?

              Go into the "Characters" section and at the top there should be something that says "Collect Your Gift". Click on it and follow the directions.

                Mine says you've collected 5 of 5 in the character section, but doesn't give a prompt for the Collect your gift.

                    Mine just says you've collected 5 out of 5 but no option to "collect your gift". DH did his at the exact same time as me and although it prompted him by saying congrats and you deserve a gift and has a redeem button to click on, when we click on it nothing happens. I wonder if they ran out?

                            The app for iPhone was called starbucks cup of magic. It worked twice for me in the afternoon, but I tried to do it for my BIL later in the evening and it didn't give him the gift card!

                              Yup, did it once yesterday afternoon for my mom, and it worked. When we tried for my brother at night, there was no gift offer.
