This story comes out of Sioux Falls, SD.
A new product on the market claims to stop distracted driving. It's called "cellcontrol". You buy the product online, download the app and register it to your cell phone. Then you plug it in while driving. The moments you start driving cellcontrol blocks your phone calls, emails and texts but you can still use it for emergency's like dialing 911 and blue tooth devices if you don't need to use your keypad. If you unplug to device to use it while driving cellcontrol alerts whoever registered the account. This may be why parents like it.
I'm still not decided about this one but then I don't have kids or pay attention to my phone(s) while driving.
