Ooooh, good article! Also, there is a blog called Totally Target that has lots of tips to saving at Target.

This is a good one too: https://www.facebook.com/targetsavers

Not that I'm a Target addict. There are only a couple of checkers there who know I have a Red Card. Well...maybe 3 or 4. Or 5ish.

I'm not an addict. I could go to Wal-Mart anytime I want. I just don't want to. Yep...

Oooh, thanks for all the info. Knowing all of that is dangerous for me. It's so easy for me to spend in Target...argh. SOCKS are my weakness there for some reason.

I thought my girls and I were the only ones. During the winter we go through so many socks! And we always have to buy the fun prints at Target. Just for fun with sneakers when we go for a hike or to wear under boots (and they wear them in their modern dance class too).

Veronica, yes, the fun prints! Some people have a shoe addiction; I have a sock addition. Often when I'm trying not to spend money at Target, I find myself thinking, "It's only a pair of SOCKS... it's only $3... no big deal!" But the thing is, I have an entire bureau drawer full of socks and it's so full I have trouble closing it. Embarrassing. When my partner and I moved in together, I remember the look on her face when she saw me trying to shove my sock collection into two drawers, and she gently suggested that maybe if my socks won't all fit in a drawer, I could donate some to Goodwill... Ha. I swear she only has like 6 pairs of socks, and they're all navy, black, and brown. Sometimes she runs out of socks and is trying to find a pair in the morning - something that has never, ever happened to me, because I have enough socks to clothe every foot in town. Socks in every color of the rainbow, solids, prints, stripes, knee socks, toe socks, velour socks, slipper socks, leg warmers, tights, footless tights, ankle socks, thigh highs, knit wool socks, nylons, fleece booties, athletic socks... I should be freakin banned from Target.

And it's fun to mismatch those socks if you're going to dance class in the usual leotard and tights. Teehee! Funky ballerinas!

Liisi, I am your SO... I am loyal to a brand, they have to feel a certain way, hit my leg at the same spot, and not have any of the stitching strings catch on my toes as I put them on.

Two drawers full of socks??? Wow... Mine go in the same drawer as my panties.
