New Years Resolution motivation?

OK...for all of us that have been coming up with some resolutions for 2004: Does anyone have any fun idea of how we could all motivate each other throughout the year to meet our goals and some fun ways that we could reward each other as a group as we achieve the goals? I had so much fun with the secret santas (I want christmas every month ) that I thought that maybe we could work to motivate each other in a fun way too...any ideas of how? Sally came up with the clue idea for the secret santas....any ideas sally?

I think that's a good idea, though off the top of my head I don't have any brilliant ideas. I was telling my husband my resolutions this year in hopes that he would help to motivate me but he doesn't really like to push me (maybe thinks I'd take it the wrong way--maybe I would!) so I could use any outside help.
