Totally unrelated, but am I the only one who gets a little bit irate when they say "nobody answered the phone when we tried to call, and nobody opened the door for us either, so we'll keep calling and stalking them until someone talks to us." OK, maybe they didn't quite say that, but can't you leave their poor families alone?
