I can't find the thread about this ... Last year, I got DH and my mom giant microbes. They have a lot of fun medical gifts. I thought I'd pass it along to anyone who doesn't know it:

OMG, the bookstore at the SOM has the plush microbes and I'd never seen them before. They cracked me up...I love them! They might make for a silly stocking stuffer - thanks for the reminder!!

DH has all the giant microbes. I also got him a staph bow tie. We especially stock up on the syphilis one as gag gifts. We are ID nerdy that way.

I gave the dude TB for Hannukah.

He wanted to give me SARS, but apparently they don't make that.

Last year I bought all the urology-related plush organs (bladder, kidney, testicle, prostate, etc). He loves them and has them on a shelf in his clinic.
