    I'm trying to sort out the bar you're supposed to see with who/how many have liked you.

    Okay. It works. If you don't see a bar beneath your post, then no no one liked/disliked/thanked you. If someone does ... then a bar appears with the number of likes/dislikes/thanks and the who.
