  • Anyone ever use Lending Tree?

I really liked the idea of having several (non-binding) options to look at for a mortgage. We've decided to sell my condo in DC and use the proceeds to buy something else here in DC.

I contacted Lending Tree tonight so I'll be interested to see what they have to say.

    Anyone ever use them?

Nope....but when I was looking at rates, lenders, realtors, etc...I saw that there is some sort of deal available with Lending Tree for Costco members. It is allowed only in some states but if you are a Costco member it might save you a little. I think you get a rebate on your real estate fees, among other things.
