My favorite guilty pleasure music is CHVRCHES -- brain-melting Scottish pop. Seriously, "The Mother We Share" will rot your teeth it's so sweet. I'm addicted. I feel like I'm 16 listening to that song on repeat. If I'm doing a lot of driving I tend to sing along at the top of my lungs to Brandi Carlile. But lately I'm mostly playing The Head & the Heart, Trampled By Turtles (Minnesota bluegrass, I'm in love!), Polica, Volcano Choir, and The Naked & Famous. Kind of a grab bag.

        Imagine Dragons - Demons,
Beastie Boys - Low and Slow,
Blackstreet and Dr Dre- No Diggity

        Albums:
        Macklemore
        Streetlight Manifesto
        John Legend
        Trevor Hall

I have such weird musical taste. I've been on a goofy kick lately.

          - Violent Femmes
          - Cake
          - Eve6
          - Beastie Boys
          - Macklemore
          - Dropkick Murphys
          - Flogging Molly
          - System of a Down
          - Justin Timberlake

Yeah, it's kind of WTF inducing.

You can change your parental settings from the Pandora website to not play explicit lyrics.

My favorite Pandora station is my "Lookout Weekend" station. Debbie Deb, Lisa Lisa, Salt n Pepa. It's so much fun.

I'm not really ashamed by any of my music. I love Britney and GaGa.....and can listen to Luke Bryan all day long....and grunge gets even playing time as well. This morning I drove the kids to school listening to Metallica "Creeping Death."

              If you're looking for dirty:
              "Lick" - Joi
              "Nympho" - Borgore

Maybe you've heard them, but if not - enjoy.

Edited to add: "Look Back at Me" - Trina, Killer Mike

Pretty much all I've been listening to recently is Lorde and Lana Del Rey.

I tend to adopt a song or two and then play them on repeat until I'm over it..

Right now they are Demon (Imagine Dragon) and Set Fire to the Rain (Adele).

At any given time, the LesMiserables soundtrack is golden to me.

My three most recently downloaded songs are:

To Love Somebody by The BeeGees

                    Angelina by Harry Belafonte

Gone Gone Gone by Phillip Phillips

Try finding a common theme there!

Silence. Or NPR. I like music and I always intend on playing music but I have no idea who is popular and I usually forget to turn on the music. When it's on, I prefer reading and find it distracting. Same with TV. I watch just a few shows and I end up shutting it off so I can read without distraction.

When cleaning I listen to an 80s channel that has Beastie Boys and crazy dance music. For exercising/running I like Pitbull. When DD1.5 is around, its a toddler music channel. My favorite songs lately have been Say Something and Adore from Miley Cyrus. I don't even like her, just that song.

                            Lately

                            NPR
Miley Cyrus - We Can't Stop, Adore You, Wrecking Ball. She knows what she's doing and Glee set me straight on twerking when Will made the case about controversial dancing moves throughout history.
Ellie Goulding - All of it but I like the song Lights, Figure 8 and Explosions. I'll listen to Explosions over and over. It moves my soul.
Bruno Mars - All of it but I love "Locked out of Heaven". He's such a hot BABE! I also like "It will rain." I too am a fan of the Twilight Soundtrack.
Katy Perry - I like pretty much all of it but lately found myself listening to Roar.
Phillip Phillips - Much of it but "Home" and "Gone, Gone, Gone" are my favs. Fills me with sunshine.
Sara Bareilles - Much of it but King of Anything, Love Song, and lately Brave.
Fun - Some Nights (The song and video are amazing. I start it a 1:03 in but the idea just blows my mind. The more I listen and watch it the more I see in it.)

Been listening to Mes Aieux, a band from Quebec that's a mixture of folk and pop. Deer Tick as well. Look up "Goodbye Dear Friend" on YouTube. It's haunting piano ballad used recently on Sons of Anarchy.

Thanks to ST, I put on some Bee Gees as well. It's too bad that get a bad rap from their association with the disco era. They put out a number of near perfect pop songs.
