Neither, but this morning I made 16 oz of "bulletproof coffee" and I am *vibrating*. It was delicious though!

I do like Earl Grey when I'm sick, but that's pretty much it. I mostly drink ice water.

I mostly drink ice water, but I do like some herb teas (chamomile/mint blends are my favorite), and I like coffee FLAVOR in things (think frappuchino or coffee-flavored ice cream, or a tiny bit of coffee in hot chocolate), but coffee itself is way too bitter. When I need caffeine, I go for penguin mints or caffeinated pop (coke, barq's).

        Tea or Coffee? Or Both?

Coffee all morning. Good, freshly roasted and just-ground coffee, no stale crap. Usually with a little goat milk and agave nectar, but just a little. I switch over to plain filtered water in the afternoon.

When I'm sick, I drink tea, no coffee. I really love Market Spice's tangerine cinnamon loose tea, no sugar or agave nectar. I also just found a really nice pear and white tea blend that I like, too.

I love coffee but it doesn't love me (heart issues) so I tend to cycle on and off. Ideal morning for me would be one cup of super dark-roast burr-ground pourover while I read my blogs and catch up on overnight emails...

Also in the summer I like to make cold-brew coffee and keep it in the fridge, although now that a lot of places are selling it it's somewhat less efficient to make it myself.

Market spice tea is delicious. It's like a dessert tea to me.

And yes-- very particular about coffee. Only dark roast, freshly ground, French press or americanos at coffee shops. Occasionally a latte, but I prefer the non flavored nonfat latte (so I can still be overpowered by the coffee taste).
Ditto! I, too, only drink coffee in the a.m but I add a little half and half. In the pm, I switch to oolong, rooibos, mate or a blend like chai. I also looooove Teavana Rasberry riot lemon mate. It is delish hot and cold...oh and it is so pretty that I keep in in a glass jar on my counter.

I have to watch my caffeine intake after 4ish if I want to be asleep by 11. For example, I had an Arnold Palmer at 7 and that was enough caffeine to keep me up...it is now 11:59.

Medped, I hope you get to sleep soon! I'm trying to get a little more adventurous with tea but green tea is my safety blanket. Green tea ice cream? Yum.

If I were to be honest with myself, I'm ambivalent. I will have coffee now and again, hot tea now and again too, and pop hardly ever. I just haven't needed any of it since being SAH so I figure why bother with the caffeine. But I will go on binges and make hot tea everyday for a few weeks and pick up a small coffee when I'm out and about.

I suspect a time in life will come where I will be gulping either down just to function but until then, I'm married to my water with lemon and coconut water.

Coffee is one of the few flavors I have a real aversion to. Even mixed into chocolate desserts, etc. Even the smell.

Hot tea by the bucketful, though, please, especially in winter. Mostly black tea, with splenda and milk. Bold, please. My favorite is celestial seasonings english breakfast, which as far as I can tell only comes in K-cups. So I allow myself one of those a day, and then switch to lipton natural energy teabags. Usually two big mugs in the morning, sometimes one in the afternoon if I need a pick-me-up. I also like the Republic of Tea british breakfast that they have at Joe Muggs, where I bring my work two or three mornings a week while the kids are in school.

Sometimes I'll do green, chai, or peppermint, but really I'm kind of meh on most other teas.

Ahmad black teas are my favorite. My FIL bought some for me from an international airport years ago, and I was so excited to find them on Amazon last year. I usually end up doing tea through my Keurig, though, because it's easier.

Both. I drink a lot of coffee throughout the day (vanilla cream and splenda) and then start with Earl Grey with milk at night.
