  • QOTW: Tag, you're it, in reverse. March 13, 2014

These questions have nothing to do with you, and everything to do with the person who posted just before you.

    1. If you could change the username of the person who posted before you, what would you change it to? For example, Vanquisher, you shall be henceforth called, "twatwaffle." No need to use creative profanity, but you can feel free with mine.

    2. What are five adjectives that come to mind to describe the iMSNer before you?

    3. If you had one piece of advice for the iMSNer who posted before you, what would it be?

ETA: Feel free to play more than once!

    Vanquisher

    1. Username: I dunno - I think Vanquisher is pretty brilliant - you have slain huge (emotional) dragons. Yet you keep on going, no matter how hard the fight.

    2. Adjectives: loyal, generous, kind-hearted, wicked smart, strong, amazing, funny

    3. Advice: Be ask kind to yourself, you are amazing, but your internal monologue is completely broken and wrong.

      1) I'm going to call you JoanOfArctic, because you are a badass from the frozen midwestern tundra.
      2) From what I've seen, you are strong, warm, and no-nonsense.
      3) I don't really feel qualified to give advice, but I guess I would say take chances! Put yourself out there! The times when you have done something new and interesting - like traveling to Brazil or working on your small business - seem to excite you more than anything.

ETA - oops, FIVE adjectives! I'll add supportive and brilliant! Sometimes your advice is just so spot on.

        1. I would call you "BringIt". You have such a great attitude about things, it's as though you are capable of doing anything and everything. Bring it and you'll do it. Move from the home you love...bring it. Job stresses beyond belief...bring it. Husband away more than he is home...bring it. You've crushed it all.
        2. Brave, intelligent, witty, thoughtful, open minded.
        3. Be kind to yourself more often. You spend a lot of time doing a lot of things for other people... so do more for yourself too. Or be kind to yourself when you take a break from the mayhem.

I'm so thankful to call you friend, MSB!

          DrBandMe:

          1) I would call you SugarAndSpice because you seem to be a good mix of sweetheart and vixen.

          2) Funny, intelligent, beautiful, kind, and loyal.

          3) I would echo what you told MsSassyBaskets re: being more kind to herself. I hear you sometimes get down on yourself and you have NO reason to do so! I'm so glad I got to meet you and DrB and am secretly hoping you match here.

WGW - I would call you the OR Queen...because you have taught me about the many wonderful places in your home state AND because no matter how much time P spends in the OR, you are still his queen.

You are graceful, generous, beautiful inside and out as well as funny along with geeky (in the most awesome way).

I do not know what advice I could give you since you seem to always reach the best conclusion on your own....your amazing daughter is a testament to how well you deal with what life brings. I suppose I could suggest that you travel more....as in come and visit my little corner of the world.
Finally - we are finished with training! Hello real world!!

medpedspouse. I'm not good at this. I'd simply call you my dear friend because you have always been that for me.

You are sincere, supportive, friendly, smart, and a woman of substance.

Advice? I guess it's more my hopes for you. Be confident, speak up often, you have so much to contribute to the

                3. To not forget yourself (easier said than done with aforementioned kids)
