All this talk about college got me thinking, if you could go back to college now what would you study? If you could go to any school which would you choose? DH is thinking about it while in the shower...

Random question of the day
I would have gotten my nursing degree, much more useful than psychology!! I could have possibly done a CRNA degree with that.
I would have gone to a smaller school, I think. Maybe Westminster because of it's proximity to where I grew up. I really don't know for sure. It's hard to say. I have no idea what the $ situation there would have been.Last edited by Vanquisher; 04-02-2014, 05:54 AM.Heidi, PA-S1 - wife to an orthopaedic surgeon, mom to Ryan, 17, and Alexia, 11.

Given my discarded hard sciences career (in the wake of kids and medical moves), I would consider ditching biology/neuro and attending my fantasy school - the totally impractical St Johns College in Annapolis to do the Great Books program.

I've always wanted to be ridiculously well read - I could do it on my own, but lack motivation!

I would have still gone to OU. You can't beat a college that will pay you to go there! I'm not sure about whether I'd change my major. It was MIS, and it served us well since it was fairly painless to move jobs. If I hadn't been planning on moving a few times or staying home with kids, I might have chosen computer engineering since I liked programming better than requirements stuff. I think I would have liked graphics design, too.Laurie

I wouldn't have changed a thing. I loved going to Baylor, my BS in Computer Science has gotten me far, and I met hubby while I was there.

I wouldn't change where I went (Butler University), and I loved my music ed major, but I have always loved the social sciences and sometimes wonder what would have happened if I would have followed that path.Wife of an OB/Gyn, mom to three boys, middle school choir teacher.

Let me know if you guys ever make a visit! I can't say enough good things about Butler. My sister graduated from there also (vocal performance), my cousin is graduating this year (music ed) and a former private student of mine is a junior arts administration major.Wife of an OB/Gyn, mom to three boys, middle school choir teacher.
