We're looking at moving. I'm hoping to hear from the bank today regarding the parameters of a loan. We're hoping to keep our current place to rent to fellows/residents. If everything moves forward we won't be traveling much, but we are going to a family reunion in Chicago area at the end of July. If we move we'll be moving the kids to a neighborhood school and I'll be resigning from my position here at our current school. Hopefully it will be a summer of big, but exciting, changes for our family.

Going on a 9-day Baltic cruise with my in-laws in July and then to my step-MIL's family reunion...no plans outside of that!

We're going to the ILs' 40th anniversary celebration right after school lets out, and at some point during the summer we plan a week-long RVing and backcountry backpacking trip. I think we'll have two weeks at our time share. A few weeks of swimming lessons will fit in there somewhere. And then back to school...I guess.

Camps for the kids, we just joined a country club so we'll probably spend a lot of time there, DS8yo will join the club's rec swim team, DH and I are spending a long weekend in Chicago going to Lollapalooza, we're taking a family to the Jersey shore with some of DH's extended family (table for 20? going anywhere with such a huge group is going to be such a nightmare...), we may do a quick beach trip with some friends.

                Busy, busy, busy!

I have a work conference in San Francisco at the very beginning of June, then I'm tagging along with DH to a conference in Montreal a week later. (First couples trip without DS.)
I'm due in August, but depending on what happens I could be induced as early as July, so we haven't made any plans for the second half of the summer. I suspect we'll do some day trips to the coast.

We have a shit ton of weddings and graduations to travel to this year. Outside of those, we don't have a lot of solid plans. We'll try to get out camping a few times before taking DD1 to college.

                      We're pretty boring people.

Don't you have a bunch of good local friends? You should plan at least a weekend with some ladies, maybe Door County or cruise groupons for something semi local. You deserve it, CP!

June will be spent packing and moving. I'm looking forward to exploring our new area since it is where people go to vacation. Should be fun. Two of my best friends are visiting from Ireland in August and we'll go to NYC. Actually hoping to make a few trips there over the summer since we'll be living closer. I'm hoping my brother and sister can make it over at some point too. We'll probably plan a really nice vacation in September.

DS1 has lacrosse tournaments in Annapolis and Baltimore so we might do a super quick one day tour of DC.

I will spend the week of July 4th at my parents' cabin in TN My parents are aging so I'm really going to try to enjoy this time at the lake. I really feel like their boating days are limited.

The older kids will go to various YMCA residential camps and enrichments.

As of August 1, we are on "lockdown" because my oldest is trying out for the HS soccer time and there are mandatory two-a-days. <cry> I hate that he is at a point where we are loosing our easy-breezy summers and freetime. Make time slow down!
In my dreams I run with the Kenyans.
