Anyone try? If so, how did you like it? I had some sessions about a decade ago and am thinking of doing it again for hormone related issues.

I've tried it twice, and while it didn't clear up any of my issues, I did find the experience to be pretty enjoyable and relaxing. It turned out mine was covered by my health insurance, so it's definitely worth asking about that at the office to potentially save a few bucks.

I've done it. I enjoy it. Very relaxing. No idea if it helps anything. Don't take the herbs - nothing good came of that!

I'll look into it! And no herbs, gotcha.

I use acupuncture and Chinese herbs in my vet practice. The dogs and cats like it. And I'm getting pretty good results.

It does do super funky things to your energy levels. Sometimes I was super energetic, but most times I felt like LSW described above - although that usually took like 2 hrs to set in for me.

I called a few places today and no one takes my insurance so looks like it'll be out of pocket. I'm still waiting to hear back from one office but now I'm kind of scared because my body is super sensitive.

Looks like it'll be out of pocket but I've narrowed it down to two people. I'm checking out their Yelp reviews before making a decision. LSW, how are you feeling now?

I tried some North York acupuncture and it was really a pleasant experience. I thought it would hurt but it didn't and it was really a nice feeling after.
