Go you! If Australia is a serious consideration, maybe hospital A can bump up your salary since there is competition? I know non-profits often do not have the flexibility to increase pay scales but I bet that the administrators are making just as much as they would in other industries...if not more. Hey, you are in a good place! 😊. Congratulations!!

WOW! Congratulations! It's good to be such a hot commodity - and in a field you want to practice.

Lurie is a beautiful building, watched it going up over the years!

I'd say take it, but I just took a 100% paycut for my dream job, so maybe don't go by me...

being the negative person i am-- i'm in IT in finance-- don't take the job.. lol job interviews are just that--interviews. what they say and what they do are 2 different things. if you don't like hft--take a backoffice job for 10% less money. i been at my BORING backoffice job for 2 yrs now. my brains cells are dying of slooow death. but it's better than the alternative-- dying of a fast death. couldn't take the stress of front office job and the kids +wife.
