Books. In fact we're having someone come today to measure for a built in bookshelf with our tv since we have so many books

Antique books, cookbooks, something from each country we visit...and wine. I actually try to cellar wine. I say try because I never keep them as long as I intend to. I mean, I could die tomorrow and never enjoy the bottle...or there could be a natural disaster and poof the whole wine collection is gone. Yes, I do worry about these things.
Finally - we are finished with training! Hello real world!!

Books. It's out of control, and that's WITH the kindle. I really need to cull our collection, but there are so many that I think the kids will enjoy some day.

I don't do any kind of knick-knack type of thing. (My poor family hears the same questions that SD's husband asks. But seriously, my kids try to save everything, including 100s of ordinary rocks.) The other thing I collect is (are?) Gorham sterling snowflake ornaments. I LOVE those. Makes the tree special.

Books here too, though the collection has been culled to less than half over the past couple of years after moving twice. Coca-cola branded stuff. And shot glasses from cities we visit (many of them are Hard Rock). We've gotten some assorted handmade figurines and paintings from various countries we've visited but I wouldn't call them a collection so much.

Christmas ornaments from places we have visited. And magnets and postcards from those same places, although DH claims we need to stop this since we are running out of room on the fridge. I don't think we really collect anything else, except needless paper, lol.

dirty socks, different sizes and smells, not by intention.

I'm with whoever said that moving too many times quashed their desire to collect anything.

I do keep a journal of quotes though.

Ooh, I forgot Christmas ornaments. I get a cloisonné ornament every year. We usually get another, often Hallmark, but the cloisonné ones are my favorites because they make the tree sparkle.

I used to collect ball pythons, but I had to get rid of most of them when we moved. So...nothing now, I guess.

                        Dust, hair balls....

Nothing. I hate clutter and "stuff".
I feel like our house still looks like we just moved in to it. I am constantly throwing stuff away.

Nothing. We've also moved enough times that boxes full of crap (things that can be digitalized like photos/CDs/DVDs!) really bother me. Dh and dd collect shells whenever they go to the beach and I HATE them!

I had to get rid of over half my books in this last move. Made me so sad.

I informally collect foreign/historical currency. My great grandmother collected (current) money throughout her life. I ended up with her collection, which spans 100 years from when she was born in 1904 to 2004 when she died. I hope I can pass on my collection to some great grand-kids of my own!

Beer bottle caps, if that counts :P. We've been saving since we started drinking and plan to do something artsy with them someday. I think that's about all I intentionally collect. I used to collect pins growing up but stopped that.
