Gah...and they're making you wait until TUESDAY?! Maybe this is a test to see how you hold up under the strain of waiting. Here's to the third round being a cakewalk and just meeting people!!

Here goes nothing (for the third time) in T-just about 1.5 hours. I'm still brainstorming notes, examples, and questions but honestly I have NO IDEA what to expect. Gahhh!!! Nervous!

Oh my gosh - I was hoping you were posting to say you'd gotten the job. I forgot about round 3! I really hope they're just doing a final run by the director before they make you an offer, rather than putting multiple candidates through this runaround. Here's hoping you come back with great news!

Thanks y'all! I feel REALLY good about it, I know I has really well thought out answers and we talked for two hours! I know they interviewed another candidate but I am hoping hoping hoping I'm the chosen one. They said they'd make a decision by Friday. This would be so much awesome exposure into graduate programs AND a promotion pay band wise and job category-wise. With a pretty hefty raise as well. I hope this works out, I know I'd do a great job. Thanks for sticking it out with your good mojo and prayers! I want to know ASAP bc if I get it I am headed straight to buy a new bag, new flats, and a mani/pedi. You know, because I am frugal.
