So, the iMSN mojo/prayer system is legit, y'all! THANK YOU so much for your well wishes.
I GOT THE JOB! It's still pending HR approval, but my former boss just told me that the only way HR would reject their selection of me was if the salary was higher than allowed for the job as posted. I don't think that will be a problem. I don't have a formal offer yet, but one is coming to me when HR approves all the necessary paperwork. I'm still kind of in shock and the teeniest bit cautious because I keep thinking this won't really happen...but it sounds like it's happening!
I'm so excited!! I'm making a CAREER move...I'm going to have a job where I do stuff that benefits A LOT OF PEOPLE and I work as part of a team again! I'll actually like telling people what I do! YAY!!!!Wife, support system, and partner-in-crime to PGY-3 (IM) and spoiler of our 11 y/o yellow lab

I've been holding off on getting the Madewell Transport Tote until I knew if I could "reward" myself or not. In truth, it's not a super expensive bag as far as bags come (or maybe I just have a thing for nice, expensive handbags and my view is warped) but I wanted to wait and get it if I had a reason to celebrate. I even went and visited it at Madewell on Monday night and looooove it.
