    My hubby gave me a kid-free night in a hotel by myself! And it was awesome. I bought dinner at Nordstrom, took it to my room and watched the sun set over the Sound. I woke up every 3 hours, fell back asleep each time, and was just so grateful for not being screamed awake by one of my kids. He's a great husband and dad!

      We went to a favorite German restaurant with friends and I feasted on schnitzel,
      Spatzel, sauerkraut, beer, and Black Forest cake.
      Yum.
      Married to a newly minted Pediatric Rad, momma to a sweet girl and a bunch of (mostly) cute boy monsters.

        It is our 5 year wedding anniversary. Came home from dinner really tipsy to find the 10 month old still awake. Nursing her down despite the fact that there's probably a lot of alcohol in this milk...
