    It had a label, so I assume the label is correct. Maybe there is something else in there that is an issue yet identified. Sigh.

    The allergist wants me to keep a detailed food diary for the next three months so that should help.

      Yes, could be a different allergy. We've also encountered incorrect labels (they get recalled later for undisclosed allergen). But you can't really plan for that.

        There is a petition going to the White House, asking the FDA to require better labeling of allergens, including for cross contamination.
